MK Plumbers is a small local team, which means the people carrying out the work stay closely connected to the standards the business was built around.
Daniel founded MK Plumbers after building his experience on domestic plumbing and heating-related work around Milton Keynes and Buckinghamshire. He enjoys fault-finding, particularly the jobs where the obvious damp patch is not where the leak actually starts, and outside work he spends weekends walking sections of the Grand Union Canal with his family.
Liam focuses heavily on repairs, bathroom plumbing and pipework alterations. He grew up around Bletchley and knows many of the common quirks found in homes that have been extended or remodelled over the years; away from plumbing, he follows local non-league football and is usually the first person in the team to suggest a match.
Hannah works across general plumbing, radiator and heating pipework faults, leak investigation and planned installations. She lives near Newport Pagnell and has a particular interest in making pipework neat and maintainable rather than simply hiding it wherever possible, and she spends much of her free time restoring old furniture.
We start with what the customer is experiencing rather than jumping straight to a replacement part. A useful description of when a leak appears, which fixture is affected or how a heating problem behaves often points us in the right direction before work begins.
Once we have inspected the plumbing, we explain what we believe is happening and the practical way forward. The team aims to keep work organised, make sensible use of existing plumbing where it remains serviceable and leave customers with a clear understanding of what has been repaired.
